I can’t remember a time when I didn’t believe in magic and miracles, or what I call “Mojo”.
I am a bestselling Author on Amazon and Spellbreaker. I believe anything is possible and everything is transformable! Many of my clients say that I’m their “Muse.” A Muse is defined as a “source of inspiration,” and ultimately I inspire people to create a life they absolutely love. Over the last 25 years I have worn many hats including being a Contemplative Psychotherapist, University Professor, Midwife, and Momma of 7. I trained in the ancient Hawaiian Mindfulness practice of Ho’oponopono over 20 years ago, when my family and I lived on the island of Kauai. It was required training for Psychotherapists. Ultimately, I inspire people to unleash their own unique Mojo; thus achieving their personal, professional, and financial goals. Currently, I live with my family in Scottsdale, Arizona where the owls hoot, the coyotes howl, and the sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking each and every day.
Fresh out of college at CU Boulder, I took a job as a “Speaker Coach” for CareerTrack Seminars, traveling around the country from seminar to seminar to “Coach” writers and speakers such as Jack Canfield, Tom Peters, and more. It was my job to help them create a “pitch” within their own Mojo or “formula” (with perspective years later, I now understand this is what I was helping them with,) so that they generated the expected sales.
Since then I’ve been supporting all of my clients to do this in every aspect of their lives. When we live life from our own unique Mojo, formula, blueprint for success….Magic and Miracles happen!

I have always been a lonely dark witch just like Dona :)
Ever since childhood, I have loved poetry, nature, and magic! You could mostly find me in a tree outside my house and in the dirt making potions. Today you can find me at Coot Lake in Boulder Colorado, as a feather lady communing with the birds and facilitating soul based, intuitive therapeutic coaching. I invite you to be alive and seen for your whole being, darkness and light.
Through deep compassion, humor, and adaptive skill, I have supported many clients through challenging life transitions.
My graduate training in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology at Naropa University changed my life. I left my New York City life and persona and I learned about Buddhism, Meditation, Spirituality, Compassion and met my future husband and father of my 7 year old daughter. Becoming a Mother was one of the most profound rights of passage and transformational moments of my life and she continues to inspire my creative life.
I have journeyed far from childhood to the Maiden to the Mother and now I am here to support you as a Spellbreaker.
